About 59 ships pass Suez Canal Sunday

Cairo – Mubasher: About 59 ships passed through Suez Canal on Sunday with 4 million tonnes cargoes.

There are also about 25 ships which were included in the canal’s North Caravan passed with 2 million tonnes cargoes, according to the Egyptian body navigation statistics.

Milan Maersk container was the largest ships in North Caravan with 221,000 tonnes, according to the Middle East News Agency (MENA).

South Caravan included 34 ships with two million tonnes cargoes, of which the largest was the Liberian container ship "Reef" with 198,000 tonnes cargoes.
