DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority, or CMA, said Sunday it had imposed a fine of 50,000 Saudi Arabian riyals ($13,300) on Saudi Cement Co. (3030.SA) for a disclosure violation.
The manufacturer failed to report a SAR450 million loan it had secured in March from Samba Financial Group, the CMA said in a statement posted on the website of the Saudi borse.
Saudi Cement shares closed trading Sunday down 0.8% at SAR64.25.
