RIYADH, 27 November 2005 -- Aseer Trading, Tourism & Manufacturing Co. has signed an agreement with Samba Financial Group appointing it as financial consultant for the company charged with increasing its capital after it receives approval from the proper authorities.
Samba, based on the agreement, will provide financial advice for the company if approval is received.
