Ministry of Public Works signs e-content agreement with Rufoof Online

Ministry acquires the e-content rights including e-books, e-magazines, educational materials and audiovisuals. The agreement also grants the company the right to distribute the electronic content.

Dubai, Dec 26th, 2011 (WAM) -- The Ministry of Public Works and Rufoof Online,provider of e-content applications, today signed a cooperation agreement for the distribution of electronic content.

Under the agreement, the Public Works Ministry acquires the e-content rights including e-books, e-magazines, educational materials and audiovisuals. The agreement also grants the company the right to distribute the electronic content with the ministrys right to keep the entire editorial material and ownership of printing and publishing.

The agreement was signed at the ministry's headquarters by Abdullah Belhef Al Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works, and Shady Bassem Afif, the Companys official.

The signing of this agreement comes under the ministry's keenness to keep abreast ofthe latest scientific and technological developments.

The Ministry will grant the company an exclusive world license to promote and distribute its e-content.
