KUWAIT: In its latest session, the Municipal Council approved the allotment of a site to construct the fourth oil refinery. The approval was made in accordance with Ministry of Oil's demand.
The site covers an area of 17 million square meters, reported Al-Watan. Certain aspects of the project were modified the entrance from the main road which leads to the Kuwaiti-Saudi borders were altered.
