First Select International, the leading international recruitment group has launched a dedicated portal for the UAE Nationals called www.emiratijobs.ae. This portal highlights various job vacancies for the Emiratis across the UAE. The portal content has transcended from being purely an online recruitment portal to one in which news, events, career fairs, resources related to the Emiratis on a year around basis is highlighted. There is more to feel with the portal's content, than to think although more HR resources will be added in due course, one that will provide information and guidance for Emiratis to get hired faster. The portal shall remain very much a confidential database to ensure that every Emirati application is treated with utmost care. First Select has participated in all the major career fairs in the UAE in the last few years and it has chosen to launch this portal at the Dubai Careers event as it celebrates its 10th edition this year.Emiratisation is seen both as a strategic goal as well as a legal compliance by multinational and private companies and hence we needed to differentiate the service delivery for our Emirati applicants and one which fits into our vision - think global, act local.' said Andrew Hudson , CEO of First Select International, adding that the launch of a dedicated portal 'demonstrates the commitment of First Select to the demographic concerns of UAE and the need to ensure that every Emirati gets a job on a priority basis.
