KUWAIT: CEO of VIVA, Kuwait Telecom Co., Mr. Salman Al-Badran announced today that the company has attained the ISO certification for quality management standards for all its sectors. This is a step towards the implementation of VIVA's promising strategy for consolidating its position in the telecommunications sector.
Commenting on this, Al-Badran said that by attaining this international certification in the telecommunications sector, VIVA seeks to consolidate its strategy for constant development of services and satisfying its clients, delivering their needs and achieving their expectations.
