Kuwait's KGL Logistics yesterday said its KGL Transportation Company unit won a contract worth KD10 million (Dh130.2m) to operate Sharjah's public transport network. In a statement on the Kuwait Stock Exchange website, the company said the contract is for eight years and is subject to renewal.

The company expects to have a yearly return on equity of no less than 10 per cent, said the statement.
