Coutts, the private banking arm of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, has appointed Michael Dismorr as managing director to oversee its expanding Middle East operations, the bank said in a statement. Dismorr was previously with Deutsche Bank. Global private banks have flocked to the Middle East, lured by its growing ranks of millionaires.
