The BSE Lists US$100 Million IFC Hilal Sukuk

Mr. Ebrahim Al Aradi, Acting Director of the Bahrain Stock Exchange (BSE) issued a resolution on Wednesday, 4^th November 2009 to list IFC Hilal Sukuk on the Exchange that was issued by Hilal Sukuk Company.

The size of the issue is US$100 million, in which the duration of the issue is five years, starting from 3^rd November 2009 until 3^rd November 2014 and pays a fixed rate of 3.037% every six months, on 3^rd May and 3^rd November 2009 every year during the issuance period.

Following the listing of IFC Hilal Sukuk, the number of Islamic Sukuk and conventional bonds listed on the Exchange reached 14 issues with an approximate total value of US$ 3.33  billion.
