Nouvelair Tunisie finalized the taking majority of Koral Blue equity giving it control of the Egyptian charter airline.
Specialized in charter flights from Sharm El Sheikh, Hurgada and other various Egyptian airports to Europe, Koral Blue was created in 2006 by Karthago Group, which affiliate airlines company, Karthago Airlines, has been acquired by Nouvelair Tunisie, in October 2008.
"This move, says Belhassen Trabelsi, President and CEO of Nouvelair, will bring out and put forward the synergies between the subsidiaries of the group and will help provide a better quality product not only to the Tour Operators but also to our passengers. This also shall strengthen our relation with TO's by offering them more destinations to serve"
