Abu Dhabi, 10th May 2012 (WAM) -- Majid Bin Mohammed Youth Media Awardand National Media Council (NMC) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for boosting joint partnership and cooperation.
Under the agreement, the two signatories will coordinate efforts and share knowledgeso as to deliver distinguished services to customers. The MoU will support and nurture media initiatives launched by youth and build their capacities and hone their exceptional talents and skills. The NMC and Majid Bin Mohammed Youth Media Award will set up a teamwork to explore and identify avenues of joint cooperation, coordination, and follow up. The two parties will also exchange knowledge, expertise and institutional experimentsat all levels so as to improve customers' services and raise awareness of personnel.The Majid Bin Mohammed Youth Media Award aims to assist the new generation of young Emiratis and encourage them to benefit from their talents and better equip them to enter the media sector. Hence, developing, nurturing and transferring their skills to high performance levels that will eventually lead to supporting the local media sector with Emirati competencies. Thus, it will continue to support and back the competent young nationals by providing all media field related tools and most up-to-date technologies.
