Effective today, Wednesday, November 21, 2012, Mohammad Al-Mojil Group Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Saad Al-Sabti, one of its Board member, due to exceptional circumstances which is his new signed partnership agreement that necessitate him to withdraw from the membership of all boards and committees.
