BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kuwait-based Agility said it has won a contract to transport 420 railway wagons from Spain to Kazakhstan for Talgo, a Spanish manufacturer of railway vehicles.

The logistics services provider didn't disclose the value of the deal in a statement posted on its website.

Agility said that it will provide all required logistics services from collecting the wagons at factories in Spain to delivering them to Talgo's plant in Astana, Kazakhstan.

"Agility has a strong presence in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan," Francesc Casamitjana, the company's managing director for Area South, said in the statement.
