On behalf of Commander of King Hamad University Hospital Major General Dr. Shaikh Salman bin Atiyatallah Al Khalifa, Colonel Dr. Abdullah Rashid Mandi Al Tamimi signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the French centre Gustave Roussy, which is specialized in the latest methods of diagnosing and treating cancer.
The hospital said in a statement that the MoU will open new horizons for diagnosing and treating cancerous tumours as well as enhance scientific researches and the exchange of medical expertise in treating the disease.
