The Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has honoured its 15 employees from customer service department for their "outstanding achievements and services". The felicitation was held yesterday at Customer Service office in Hilal area. The winners were conferred upon with prizes and certificates by Kahramaa president Essa bin Hilal al-Kuwari in the presence of senior officials including Quality & Continual Improvement Department manager Abdullah al-Theyab, Customer Services manager Nasser al- Mohannadi, Public Relations manager Abdulla Anber.

Kahramaa recognised the contributions the winners made to the development of the electricity and water sectors and also to upgrade and improve the services rendered to the customers with remarkable features. Speaking at the occasion Hilal al- Kuwari said that the achievements are one of the outcomes of the corporation's efforts to improve its qualities and services aiming customers satisfaction. The achievers expressed their appreciation to al-Kuwari for his continuous support to their work. They also lauded the organisation's role for giving them proper training and facilities to do excel in their professional endeavours.
