Dubai - Fostering its commitment to engaging students with enriching cultural activities and experiences, Jumeirah College as part of GEMS Education, the world's leading provider of K-12education, hosted the CTC Lympstone Royal Marines Band at the College, during their visit to Dubai on April 21, 2015.

The Band performed a marching display on the College grounds, attended by students from Jumeirah College and Jumeirah Primary School.  This was followed by a series of master classes for invited students from the GEMS Music Academy.  The day was rounded off with a concert featuring both the Band and the GEMS students.

The Band is being hosted by the St George's Society with sponsorship from Emirates and is in Dubai to perform at a number of events in celebration of the Birthday of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
