DUBAI, 22nd October, 2016 (WAM) -- Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, DEWA, won nine awards at the recent international Ideas America competition in Georgia, USA, reflecting the company's excellence across diverse fields.
At the event, DEWA won two golden awards: one in the Best Communication Excellence category and the other in the Best Evaluator of the Year category. It won three silver awards for Idea of the Year, Best Programme Administrator and Best Executive Leadership. It also scooped two bronze awards in the Team Idea of the Year category. Apart from these, DEWA won the Advocate of the Year Award and the Kudos Award for Safety Idea of the Year - Honourable Mention Award.
