Riffa Views Landscape & Gardens Ambassador talks on landscape and gardens
Manama - Riffa Views' Landscape & Gardens Ambassador, and award-winning celebrity gardener, Chris Beardshaw today gave a lecture to members of the Bahrain Garden Club and gardening enthusiasts. The activity was part of his participation at the Riffa Views Bahrain International Garden Show 2008 being held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre from February 22 - 24.
During his lecture - "A Most Unique English Garden - the story of the discovery, restoration and rejuvenation of one of England's most hidden gardens" - he described his experience of transforming a common garden into an outstanding showpiece. The captivated audience were treated to a series of stunning "before and after" images, depicting the transformation and demonstrating the combined effect of floral and landscaping techniques.
