The Listing Committee held on 05/09/2012 has approved the capital decrease for Amer Grroup Company from LE 366,443,571.48 to LE 364,763,571.48. This capital decrease is through terminating 14 million treasury stocks at a par value of LE 0.12 per share.
As a result the company's listed share capital will be LE 364,763,571.48 distributed 3,039,696,429 shares at par value of LE 0.12 per share, these modifications has been added to EGX database effective 06/09/2012 trading session.
