Kuwait, 17 July 2011 - Al Mazaya Holding has launched the website for its signature Clover Centre Medical Complex, the state-of-the-art healthcare centre situated in Kuwait's Al Jabriya District. The move is part of the company's promotional campaign that aims to support the medical and nursing centres, as well as the doctors and pharmacists housed within the centre. It also aims to support investors, to raise awareness about the importance of the healthcare sector, and to highlight the sector's contribution to Kuwait's overall economic growth rate.

The website offers a number of services related to Clover Centre, as well as information on the facilities. The main page contains nine links: introduction, location and design, clinic facilities, typical floor layout, sustainability, who qualifies, press releases, construction updates, and booking application. The website also offers a communication channel to answer inquiries about Clover Centre.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms Ann Mary Douaihy, Al Mazaya's Deputy Marketing Director, said, "70 percent of the units in the Clover Centre have already been leased and Al Mazaya Holding is still receiving lease applications, which shows that there is a need for such projects, and Al Mazaya Holding plans to continue developing quality projects that meet the demand in certain sectors and help the real estate sector rebound. We have decided to focus on developing healthcare; tourism and sporting projects, all of which will enhance investment and general economic growth strategies".

Clover Centre is one of the most important projects in Kuwait's healthcare sector, and represents Al Mazaya's first foray into this sector. The 4,000m² complex is strategically situated in the Al Jabriya District, one of the most important areas in Kuwait, and consists of 19 floors of 600m² each, along with additional clinics that are between 160m2 and 600m² in size. An additional eight-storey facility flanking the main building is allocated for boutique clinic services.

Clover Centre has successfully completed the acquisition and installation of all required equipment for the fully-integrated services provided by the centre, including the first ultra-modern MRI scanners from Images Radiology to be installed in the Middle East. Other facilities include the Global Med Dermatology and Skincare Clinic, various medical laboratories, the 24-hour Clover Modern Pharmacy, the Kids Smile Children's Clinic, Baqi Cosmetic Dentistry, the Dental Lounge, a newborn centre, a neurological diseases centre, an orthopaedic surgery centre, an ENT clinic, an obstetrics and gynaecology clinic, an ERCP department, an internal medicine section, a section for the rehabilitation of patients suffering from chronic diseases, and a centre for the prevention and treatment of age-related diseases.
