Muscat, 01 February, 2015: Saraya Bandar Jissah, the developer of the upcoming luxurious Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC), has awarded a consultant supervision contract to KEO International Consultants (KEO) who will oversee construction of residential zones Zaha, Nameer and Wajd along with the recreation club, ancillary buildings and staff accommodation. KEO has delivered world-class professional design and management services in the past as well as award winning architectural design, progressive infrastructure engineering and highly ranked project and construction management.
A contract signed, at the project showroom, between Sheikh Hamood bin Sultan Al Hosni, CEO of Saraya Bandar Jissah and Donna Sultan, CEO of KEO International Consultants on the project's showroom marks a significant milestone in the development of the upcoming ITC - Saraya Bandar Jissah. Construction work on site has recently gained momentum and KEO, the forth consultant to be signed on aboard will provide engineering consultation and expertise to deliver a successful project while maintaining the global standards and international quality.

As a supervision consultant, KEO will oversee residential complexes, recreational facilities, landscaped areas, ancillary services and accommodation blocks for the hotel staff. The significance of this contract lies within the size of manpower expected to be deployed for a full-fledged engineering team, knowledgeable of all engineering disciplines namely architectural, structural, MEP, landscaping, and quantity surveying.
