His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Chairman of NCTH and Mr. Alex Kyriakidis, President & Managing Director Middle East & Africa of Marriott International signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Abu Dhabi yesterday for the Ritz-Carlton to manage the new luxury hotel on Saadiyat Island.
The hotel will be covering a beach front area of 95,000sqm that is nearby attractions like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Manarat Al Saadiyat and Yas Links Golf course amongst others that are on offer on this remarkable island of Saadiyat.
The new hotel will provide some of the finest facilities offered in the hospitality industry and is a great addition to what Saadiyat epitomizes.
Mr. Kyriakidis expressed his appreciation to NCTH selecting Marriott International to run this impressive hotel.
Committed to promoting tourism in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the hotel will cater attractions for the whole family and will consist of 300 rooms plus villas and chalets.
His Excellency, the Chairman of NCTH voiced his optimism with developing the relationship with Marriott International.
The Saadiyat hotel project is one of three developments the company is undertaking.
