Ajman-UAE: Students and alumni of Ajman University (AU) are geared up to volunteer for the much-anticipated Expo 2020.

A team of Expo Volunteers Program have organized an introductory session for AU students and alumni to enlighten them about the program and how to volunteer for the global event.

The Volunteer Program of the first Expo in the Middle East and North Africa & South Asia, is expected to feature 30,000 volunteers from all nationalities.

The Expo Volunteers Program team said the hopeful volunteers will be part of a historic event.

“It is an opportunity to give back to the country,” they said.

Volunteering in the first international Expo in the region, October 20, 2020, will add to the social and professional life of expected volunteers, they added.

“They will be part of a distinguished team that includes some of the best talented people in the country who are eager to be part of a better tomorrow.”
