Dubai: Jaguar Land Rover’s Regional PR and Social Media Manager, Salman Sultan has been recognised as the ‘Best Public Relations Manager in MENA 2019’.

Salman was presented the award at the 2019 Dubai International Motor Show following a unanimous vote by journalists from notable motor publications namely ArabGT, Alam Al Sayarat, Saudi Auto, Motoraty, Auto Network, Auto Motors, Q8stig, Auto Liban, Dive Jo and Arab Shift.

Winning the award for the second time, Salman first accepted the same accolade in 2015.   A worthy recipient on both occasions, Salman has been acknowledged for his outstanding efforts to grow the Jaguar Land Rover name in the region, for his strong media relationships, as well as his extensive knowledge of the Jaguar Land Rover brand.

Presenting the award, Mohammad Zaro, Editor of Alam Al Sayarat, said: “Salman is an exemplary and committed automotive PR manager. He consistently engages with the Middle East’s motoring media community and continues to provide us with insights and quality information. He is knowledgeable, personable, responsive and an incredible ambassador of the Jaguar Land Rover brand and the automotive industry in the region.”

Receiving the award, Salman commented: “I am grateful and humbled to receive this esteemed award during the Dubai International Motor Show, especially as it is a significant year for Jaguar Land Rover MENA. Today we were proud to announce the regional debut of the New Land Rover Defender and the regional motor show debut of the 2019 World Car of The Year, the Jaguar I-PACE. I extend my thanks to the region’s automotive journalists for

recognising my efforts and I would like to share my appreciation with the rest of my dedicated team who continually strive to strengthen the Jaguar Land Rover brand in the Middle East.”

In its fifth year the ‘Best Public Relations Manager in MENA’ award recognises an individual’s excellent contributions to the PR industry.
