First Gold Award - 21st Nissan Service Technician Excellence Competency, was won by the technician Abdul Latif, who also received recognition for Best in Electrical Diagnosis and Best in Engine Diagnosis. Second Gold Award - 7th Nissan Parts Executive Excellence Competency, was won by James Pinto, who also recognized as Best in Order Taking. The Silver Award - 11th Nissan Service Advisor Excellence Competency was won by Allwyn Alphonso who also recognized as Best in Receiving Process.
