Egypt's El Batal Group for Housing and Development announced Wednesday launching two luxury residential projects in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, on a total space of 17 feddans.
The Cairo-based leading company says it is planning to conclude the projects within three years.
Christina Adel, El Batal's sales manager, told Amwal Al Ghad that the two new projects are part of El Batal's Rock flagship.
In addition, the Egyptian official further added that El Batal is currently implementing Rock projects which include Rock Vera and Rock Elite compounds, respectively.
Rock Vera is located in New Cairo on a space of ten feddans, Adel stated, referring that El Batal is set to execute 350 units on two phases.
It is scheduled to start initial infrastructure and drilling works of Rock Vera within the next two months, she clarified.
"We will deliver Rock Vera within 2019 and 2021," Adel showed.
About Rock Elite, Adel concluded that the residential project is located in Fifth Settlement on a space of seven feddans.
