Kuwait: Aiming to custom-design special campaigns that meet customers’ needs while granting them most benefits; Warba Bank launched earlier its summer campaign specifically for its cardholders customers offering them the chance to gain 5% cash back on their purchases at maximum KD 500 per month.
Due to the huge turnout; Warba Bank has extended the campaign until the end of October including all transactions made via World MasterCard, Visa Signature and Visa Platinum card, redeeming 5% cashback if the total purchases amount reached 500 KD or more per month.
It is worth mentioning that the maximum cashback is KD 500 per month for World MasterCard and Visa Signature cards, while the maximum limit for Visa Platinum cards is KD 250 per month. Keeping in mind that there is no minimum amount per transaction; every purchase outside Kuwait is calculated whatever its value is - in foreign currency. This campaign does not include cash withdrawals through ATMs.
Through its credit cards, Warba Bank seeks to improve the lifestyle of its customers, especially those related to travel and holidays; whereas the Bank provides a huge range of features and facilities including VIP lounges’ access at numerous airports around the world; a number of free nights at selected hotels; as well as discounts from several travel sites and car rental companies and resorts.
Speaking about the campaign, Mr. Abdullah N. AlShoail, Senior Director Branches, Warba Bank said: “As we continuously strive to develop innovative services and campaigns tailored to meet our customers' requirements while always ensuring high performance and service quality, Warba Bank offers its customers more advantages and benefits while traveling abroad, with chance to gain more than 5% cash back on their purchases in addition to the cards’ exclusive benefits”.
He added: “customers nowadays prefer to use credit cards due to its high safety standards, easiness of use which spares them the need of carrying cash or exchange currencies. Therefore, this summer campaign has been launched in order to meet customers’ requirements while giving them an added value of having cash back on their purchases. We promise our customers to continue to launch promotional campaigns that meet their aspirations."
Within five working days following the end of the month, the cashback will be calculated on the total of the transactions of the principal and supplementary cards then the cashback amounts will be credited to the customer's main card account. This campaign includes all cards issued before 01 August 2019.
