NEW YORK -- Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, has continued holding bilateral political meetings with key participating officials at the 72nd Regular Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 72), at the UN headquarters.
On Wednesday, he met Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Borge Brende and Swiss Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Pascale Baeriswyl.
During the two meetings, they discussed political, diplomatic and economic relations and ways to enhance them. They also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual concern.
In the same context, Gargash on Wednesday met President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, ICRC, Peter Maurer. The two sides discussed co-operation between the UAE and the ICRC and ways to develop it.
