The Exhibition introduces a unique virtual experience with a diverse portfolio of the largest real estate projects in Egypt

Cairo, Egypt- Under the Patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of Arab Republic of Egypt, The Real Gate, Egypt’s first hybrid real estate exhibition and conference, is set to launch at the Egyptian International Exhibition Center in New Cairo between 25 and 27 March. Besides the in-person experience, the event promises a unique virtual experience for customers at governorates, Egyptian expatriates and international businesses seeking an attractive investment opportunity in the local real estate sector. The hybrid concept of the exhibition aligns with the growing development and digital transformation the Egyptian real estate sector is witnessing.

The Real Gate is organized by ACG-CBE, a joint venture between ACG-ITF, one of the largest exhibitions and conference organizers, and Coldwell Banker Egypt, the real estate consultancy firm known as the encyclopedia of real estate knowledge.

“There is a growing demand from real estate developers on unconventional solutions amid an unprecedented boom in digital tools and a growing demand on real estate products. The hybrid concept of The Real Gate is here to fill in this gap by introducing the first-of-its-kind event where developers can meet their customers both physically and virtually,” said Ahmed Ghozzi, ACG-ITF Chairman and CEO.

Ghozzi added that the exhibition with its unique concept corresponds to the trend of many real estate development companies to establish smart cities and introduce the latest technological methods in the field of construction, indicating that the exhibition will provide an opportunity for customers and real estate developers to meet together without a mediator on the "electronic web portal" and easily access all the important information.

The Real Estate Exhibition and Conference is the first hybrid event in the history of the Egyptian market, which combines the in-person element with the virtual aspect at the same time to help reach a greater number of investors and customers through a secure digital platform that displays all projects with the possibility of communicating with representatives of companies for an efficient and safe experience.

The exhibition will host more than 35 exhibitors representing the leading real estate companies in Egypt such as Sodic, Coldwell Banker, RED (Real Estate Domain),Mountain View, Misr Italia Properties, Sorouh Developments, El-Attal Holding, Emaar Misr, Akam Developments, IMKAN Misr, Al Tameer Arabian Developments, Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, Inertia, ORA Developers, Edge Holding, Palm hills Developments, PRE Real Estate, Tatweer Misr, Khozam Developments, The Land Developers, The Waterway, Founders, CREO Developments, Land Mark group, Living Yard Developments, Marakez, New City Developments.
