DUBAI - Qatar's central bank said on Thursday it cut its lending rate by 25 basis points to 4.75%.

It said it took the decision "taking into account the evolving domestic and international macroeconomic developments."

The move follows the U.S. Federal Reserve's decision on Wednesday to cut interest rates for the first time in over a decade.
