Saudi Arabia - Alkhabeer Capital, an asset manager specializing in alternative investments, announced that it has been ranked first place among the “Best Workplaces for Women 2020” within the financial sector in the GCC and the second place among all companies by global workplace culture authority Great Place to Work.

Great Place to Work Institute recognized Alkhabeer Capital’s continuous efforts toward sustaining a high-trust and high-performing environment for female employees. The company was selected following extensive data gathering with a focus on the Trust Index survey averages rated by female employees, consideration of female ratio in the company and an audit of management policies and practices. This honor is taking place for the first time in the region, which included 40 organizations from different governmental and private sectors in the GCC.

Alkhabeer Capital was also recognized earlier as one of the “Best Workplaces 2020” by Great Place to Work Institute. It topped the list by obtaining first place within the financial sector in the Kingdom, while also ranking as fifth among all companies. The company also ranked second within the financial sector in the Middle East and ninth among all companies in the region.
