MANAMA: Careem has signed a partnership agreement with CrediMax intended to provide localised payment solutions for Careem across Bahrain.

Building on the relationship between Careem and CrediMax, the agreement also paves the way for Careem’s long-term aim to meet the demands of its main stakeholders to process payments instantly and without hassle, with the new service set to roll out this month.

The system is designed to enhance comfort, giving Careem the security of knowing they are in good hands.

The signing took place at CrediMax headquarters in the presence of CrediMax chief executive Yousif Ali Mirza, assistant general manager for business development Ahmed A Seyadi, merchant E-business manager Ali Al Meshal and Careem GCC general manager Khaled Nuseibeh.

“We are excited to partner up with Careem to offer innovative payment solutions for our customers, which comes in line with CrediMax’s strategy to continuously provide new services and payment option solutions to meet our customers’ expectations whenever they use our credit cards,” said Mr Mirza.

Mr Nuseibeh said: “Careem is delighted to sign this agreement as it reflects our commitment to provide secure, reliable payment solutions as part of our commitment to create the best Internet platform.”
