• The exhibition hosts 50 of the largest real estate companies and 120 projects

Cairo, Egypt: - The National Real Estate Expo, one of the largest real estate events in Egypt, will be held from 9 - 11 July 2021 at Al Qubbah Palace. This year marks the fourth edition of the exhibition and it will host major real estate companies in Egypt to present major projects in the New Administrative Capital.

The Expo will be held in Al Qubbah Palace on an area of 6000 square meters and will host the largest 50 real estate developers in the Egyptian market, to present around 120 projects within the New Capital including residential, administrative, commercial, service, and medical projects. The Expo aims to promote New Administrative Capital (NAC) projects as the government is planning to move its premises to NAC in the coming period.

The Expo, which is held under the slogan (National Expo - Your Gateway to the New Administrative Capital), focuses on the investment opportunities offered through new projects to those interested in the real estate sector, which is witnessing a continuous and rapid recovery amid a slowdown in the spread of COVID-19. Amongst the leading real estate companies participating in the exhibition are: (Brouq – MBG – SOROUH – radix – menassat – mardev – new jersey – snc – dahab – gv – ajna – marota – khaled sabry –emtelak – arqa – nile – edge holding – jd – gt – uc –baron –Icapital – capital link – oud – alfth – better home – taj misr – alashraf memaar– capital development stars – al borouj – tld – rivan – aqar- ccr – erd),

The Expo revolves around combining the luxury and nobility of the Pharaonic civilization, which has been dazzling the world, and the modern technological era to reflect the history and urban development Egypt is witnessing. The New Administrative Capital comes as a testament to urban development which represents unprecedented development in the local market supported by the government and private sector efforts to improve the urban landscape in Egypt to become a model worthy of imitation by the whole world.

Moataz Askar, CEO of the National Expo Company, responsible for organizing real estate fairs, said that the Egyptian real estate market was lacking a national real estate fair that commensurates with the size of national projects implemented by the State in new cities and properly represents it locally and externally. The market relied on foreign fairs, which did not meet the sales targets of real estate companies, whether in the public or the private sectors, in addition to the lack of a real study of the Egyptian real estate market needs.

Askar explained that “The National Expo 2021” held in the Al Qubbah Palace from 9-11 July will be the beginning of a series of local and foreign national fairs focusing on marketing, promotion, and introduction of national projects, foremost of which are the New Administrative Capital (NAC), New Alamein City, City of El Galala, Sokhna, New Mansoura, and New Damietta.

The Expo targets a large segment of audiences of various age groups between 25-75 years, with a geographical scale that includes all parts of the Republic. The Expo focuses on those who are about to get married or are newly married, clients looking for a safe way of investment, and clients planning to move to the NAC to explore investment opportunities.

The National Real Estate Expo contributes to supporting the idea of the NAC in a distinguished manner that brings together the most famous real estate developers to present their new projects and invite those interested in the Egyptian real estate sector to invest in the NAC, especially since the exhibition is keen to provide the diversity required to achieve a balance between supply and demand by providing residential, administrative, commercial and medical units.
