Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s major property developer Mountain View aims to achieve contractual sales of EGP 8 billion in 2020, up from EGP 6 billion in 2019, the company’s chairman Amr Soliman said on Monday.

The real estate developer has signed contracts worth EGP 3 billion to execute construction works of its projects in 2020 and 2021, Soliman added during a tour of Mountain View iCity New Cairo.

By June 2020, Mountain View plans to deliver 1,200 residential units of Mountain View iCity New Cairo, he revealed.

It is noteworthy that during 2015, the company signed a partnership agreement with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing to establish Mountain View iCity New Cairo over an area of 500 feddans with investments worth EGP 65 billion.

Mountain View owns 60% of the project, while the remaining 40% is owned by the housing ministry.
