KUWAIT - The Manpower Public Authority has set regulations and conditions for recruitment in 20 professions, well-informed sources said.
The sources added that an agreement was made with the Ministry of Education (MoE) that it would only hire employees who pass a test set by the authority.
The authority stressed that it received job applications from 260 special needs teachers, 110 assistant teachers, 15 special needs social workers and 20 psychiatrists over the past six months and 200 of them were hired.
The sources also noted that the authority received 30 applications from mechanics, automobile electricians, painters and cooks, and 15 of them matched the set conditions.
