Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam Khalaf was yesterday briefed on progress of the trunk deep sewer at Al Fateh Highway.

The project was awarded to a consortium comprising Nass and Nasser Hazaa Al Subai Construction Company in a package costing BD2.2 million.

Work on the 2.5km network, which is funded by the Saudi Fund for Development, is expected to be complete in November next year.
