DUBAI, UAE: Led by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Dubai Airports gathered with the wider airport community on Monday (Nov 29) to officially mark the UAE's 50th National Day and join the nationwide Golden Jubilee celebrations at Dubai International's (DXB) Terminal 3.
Welcoming the gathering, His Excellency Jamal Al Hai, Deputy CEO of Dubai Airports, said, "Today we celebrate the remarkable journey of the UAE over the past 50 years, and look to the future in anticipation. We thank our wise leaders for supporting us to pursue even bigger successes. Long live our wise leadership and long live the UAE."
They were joined on stage by Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, along with senior officials representing government entities and airline and service partners and members of the airport community as well as hundreds of airport employees who participated in the celebrations.
