BEIJING - China will relax restrictions on new energy vehicle purchases and offer subsidies for them, the vice head of China's state planner said on Wednesday, according to the state broadcaster.
China will also boost consumption in the intelligent retail, online education and home appliance sectors, Ning Jizhe told CCTV.
