Boubyan Bank announced the launch of a group of outstanding digital services and products as “Msa3ed” service, the digital personal assistant, has been incorporated with WhatsApp as a part of the bank’s constant endeavors to provide customers with special services and unique banking experiences.

Mr. Abdulla Al-Tuwaijri – Deputy Chief Executive Officer stated: “We announced previously our collaboration with Infobip, the international telecommunications company, for the first time in Kuwait to add to our list of digital services that we uniquely provide to our customers in the Kuwaiti market. Now, we are pleased to tell our customers that we are bringing an update that includes a new group of services whereby customers can perform a group of financial services by incorporating Msa3ed with WhatsApp.”

Al-Tuwaijri went on to explain: “Customers can now check their banking information with “Msa3ed” through WhatsApp such as checking their balances, sharing their IBAN, and reviewing the last 5 transactions made using their credit cards in addition to the last 5 transactions made on the customer’s account.”

“In addition to all these services, customers can request further banking information from Msa3ed in WhatsApp such as information about various Boubyan Bank's services and products (account balance, branches’ business hours and location, IBAN sharing, next salary date...) in addition to many other services that can be done swiftly due to the availability of 24/7 support.”, he added.

Al-Tuwaijri confirmed “As is the case with other services of Boubyan Bank, this service enjoys the highest levels of information security. WhatsApp messages are encrypted and the green badge next to Boubyan Bank name in the chat window ensures customers are engaging with a business verified account, ensuring a secure and reliable communication between customers and the Bank.”

Al-Tuwaijri concluded: “At Boubyan, we always aim to create simple innovative solutions that help reinforce our relationship with customers, and provide an outstanding level of service for them, and being the most used messaging app in the world, WhatsApp is the best channel that customers already trust and enjoy.”

It is worth-mentioning that Msa3ed Service (the first AI-based digital personal assistant in Kuwait) can now respond to all inquiries about customers and others via WhatsApp through Boubyan Bank’s verified number 1820082 , where customers can find all the answers they need.
