Azizi Developments says work in Azizi Riviera project on track

Dubai: Azizi Developments on Monday announced the recent updates in construction works of the four phases of Azizi Riviera in Meydan One.

The Dubai-based real estate developer said that work progress in the project is advancing steadily, according to the firm’s statement.

Azizi Developments previously stated that ground floors had been completed in most of the buildings in the project’s first and second phases.

The Emirati firm “has announced that for phase 1 and 2, the majority of the buildings have reached the ground floor and are progressing rapidly with on-going super structure works. As for phase 3, basement work has started and the foundations are progressing rapidly,” the statement showed.

As for the last phase, Azizi Developments said contracts have been awarded for the full phase and construction is projected to commence by July-end.

Azizi Riviera phase 4 comprises 4,753 units including 3,141 studios, 1,261 one-bedroom, 267 two-bedroom, and 84 three-bedroom apartments.

“Azizi Riviera continues to be one of the most unique waterfront residential developments in Dubai. We are proud to confirm that it is progressing steadily according to schedule,” Azizi Group's chairman Mirwais Azizi commented.
