Sia Partners, a leading international independent consulting firm, announces the future acquisition of ShiftIN Partners (« ShiftIN »), a management consulting firm of 20 consultants based in the United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which operates throughout the Middle East region.

Founded in 2012, ShiftIN supports around fifty public and private clients in the implementation of their strategy and in their transformation projects, generating more than five $5m US dollars of turnover.

By merging ShiftIN with its local entities based in the United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sia Partners strengthens its presence in the Middle East. This new team of nearly 40 consultants will intervene in four main areas  (Energy, Government, Transportation & Logistics, and Financial Services) and will generate a turnover of $9m US dollars.

The four co-founders of ShiftIN, Amancio Torres, Carlos Guevara, Rafael Lemaitre, and Roberto Wyszkowski, will be integrated into the Sia Partners management team for the Middle East region. "This is a natural fit for two independent consulting firms that share common entrepreneurial values. In parallel with the acquisition process, we have already started working together on projects. ", says Amancio Torres. “Thanks to this integration, we will be able to achieve our ambitious goals in the region and double our workforce within two years”, states Pierre-Louis Brenac, Partner at Sia Partners based in Dubai.

"With this acquisition, we are strengthening our positioning in the Middle East and diversifying our client portfolio in the region. Sia Partners will become a major player in the Middle East region. This transaction also consolidates our Government and Energy / Utilities practices on a global scale by integrating the expertise of the ShiftIN team. This acquisition represents one of our ambitions for 2020, which is to achieve a critical size in each of the markets in which we operate. "Says Matthieu Courtecuisse, founder and CEO of Sia Partners.
