Abu Dhabi– Mubasher: Revenues of Abu Dhabi-based hotels rose by 22% in July compared to June, according to the latest bulletin from Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi (Scad) on Sunday.

The capital’s hotel stay revenues jumped 4.5% year-on-year in July, the state-run statistics agency’s data showed.

Meanwhile, the monthly hotel accommodation price index in the UAE’s capital and biggest sheikhdom advanced by 1.6% in July compared to the previous month and by 5.4% compared to the corresponding month of 2017.

There are more than 163 hotel establishments in Abu Dhabi, including hotels, resorts and serviced apartments, according to Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism.
