KIB offers free Eidya delivery service to Black segment customers

Kuwait: As part of its ongoing commitment to offering customers the best services and added value benefits, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced that on occasion of Eid Al Fitr, it will be offering free Eidya delivery services to its Black Segment customers. the service will allow customers to have Eidya delivered with utmost convenience right to their door step and to their address of choice.

Speaking about the service, Musab Al Shalan, Deputy General Manager of KIB’s Retail Banking Department, said: “At KIB, we are always looking to provide customers with a complete suite of banking solutions and added values services, to furnish them with an easy, hassle-free and streamlined banking experience. Our strategy continues to be focused on developing packages and offers that cater to the diverse and ever-changing needs of all of our customers. Within this vein, we decided to offer this Eidya delivery service to our Black segment customers to cater to the needs of their more affluent lifestyles”

The Eidya delivery service entails the delivery of cash directly to the customer within 2 business days, in fresh bills and in the denominations requested by them. Customers can request a delivery by simply placing a call to their relationship managers or to the KIB contact center.

On her part, Head of Premier Banking at KIB, Nour Al Baghli, further added: “This service is simply the latest seasonal addition to our Black segment’s impressive package of benefits and added-value services. These benefits include the ability to issue a Visa Infinite credit and debit card, which in turn offers a world of benefits, rewards and privileges both in Kuwait and abroad. Our Black segment also allows customers to facilitate their banking transactions with utmost convenience and privacy through a private account manager, in addition to offering them priority routing when completing financial transactions and deposits within designated branches, with the help of tellers or through the Bank’s call center. Other free-of-charge benefits include: document delivery services; cash and card delivery services; the ability to conduct local and international transfers; the ability to issue cheque books; cash deduction services; and much more.”

It serves to note that KIB had designed its elite Black segment offering specifically to cater to the more affluent of its customers, who enjoy a monthly salary of KD 3,500 and above or who have a total deposit of KD 250,000 and above. This comes as part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to upgrade and enhance its customer experience in order to offer its customers unique and innovative banking solutions exclusively tailored to their lifestyles and individual needs.
