Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the 98 per cent construction completion of Plaza, an exceptionally well-connected condominium project strategically located in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor, Al Furjan.

This announcement comes in light of the developer completing over 10,000 units this year, with Shaista in Al Furjan, Aura in Jebel Ali, and Mina on Palm Jumeirah having been the most recent handovers, and both Plaza and Star in Al Furjan being up next.

In line with Azizi Developments’ commitment to timely delivery, the company is making dedicated efforts to swiftly finalise the 448-unit development, which comprises 286 studios, 46 one-bedroom units, 86 two-bedroom residences, 16 luxurious penthouses, as well as 14 retail units.

Plaza’s structure, blockwork, internal plaster and tiling are all 100 per cent complete, while the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) as well as the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix have recorded 99%. Progress on the external works has reached 99 per cent, with the swimming pool now also being more than 99 per cent complete. The façade works stand at 100 per cent, and overall finishing and elevator works are being finalised at a 99 per cent complete rate.

Talking about the nearing handover, Mr Farhad Azizi, Chief Executive Officer of Azizi Developments, said: “This nearing completion is yet another testament to our commitment to timely delivery. We work exclusively with renowned contractors who have the breadth of experience to deliver our projects to the highest standards of quality – Plaza is a prime example of this. With its central and outstandingly strategic location in the high-growth corridor of Dubai and its excellent connectivity, Plaza appeals to value-oriented customers who wish to gain strong rental yields.”

“Plaza is truly a reflection of our philosophy of developing world-class properties embedded in master-planned communities that offer outstanding convenience in the form of retail and lifestyle options, easy connectivity and a true sense of belonging. Al Furjan grants residents a healthy, balanced and social lifestyle, with accessibility and human comfort at its core,” Azizi added.

Plaza is situated in one of the most promising growth corridors of new Dubai, a highly sought-after location that boasts easy access to the Dubai Expo 2020 site, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina and JBR, among many other of the emirate’s points of interest, facilitated by its direct highway and metro-line connectivity. With reports of millions of anticipated visitors set to catalyse the real estate growth pre- and post-Expo 2020, and the site continuing to thrive as a hub for entertainment and leisure activities even after the event, Plaza’s prime locality sets it apart as one of the most lucrative developments in Dubai.
