Dubai – Mubasher: National Cement Company (NCC) turned to profits during the third quarter (Q3) of the year, as shown by the company’s interim financial results.

Profits registered AED 13.5 million in Q3-19, against an adjusted net loss of AED 10.9 million in the same period last year, according to a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Wednesday.

During the first nine months of the year, profits surged by 415% to AED 51.23 million, compared with AED 9.947 million in the period ended 30 September 2018, despite a decline in revenues to AED 148.81 billion up from AED 165.24 billion in the corresponding period last year.
