Riyadh – Saudi Arabia’s National Water Company (NWC), represented by the General Directorate of Water Services in Al Qassim region, has implemented a number of projects that aim to increase service coverage rates of sanitation services in the south of Al Khalij District of Buraidah city.

The projects include the implementation of about 5,000 linear metres of main sanitation lines and networks, in addition to domestic wastewater connections, serving more than 1,368 beneficiaries in 177 buildings, according to a statement on Sunday.

The achievement comes as part of NWC’s plans to achieve environmental sustainability in Al Qassim region and provide the best services to all beneficiaries, in tandem with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
