Egypt Kuwait Holding increases stake in Mohandes Insurance

REUTERS/Mohamed Abd El GhanyArabFinance: Mohandes Insurance Company said Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH) increased its stake in the former capital from 23.729% to 24.99%, according to Mohandes Insurance’s December 2nd disclosure.
EKH purchased 945,543 shares at EGP 15.02 per each, with a total amount of EGP 14,202,056 .
Mohandes Insurance distributed cash dividends of EGP 0.333 to shareholders recorded on November 10th.
The Egypt-based public shareholding company offers life and non-life insurance, and reinsurance products and services. Its products and services portfolio fall into two main insurance segments, namely individual insurance and property insurance.
