Keeping in mind UAE government's efforts to maintain social distancing and ensure the degrees of separation currently in force, ENOC Group is now urging customers to make use of the safety and convenience offered by ENOCPay, its cashless and cardless payment platform. The option is accepted across all its retail service stations in the UAE. ENOC Group had rolled out ENOCPay in April 2019. Through it, customers can link their Vehicle Identification Pass (VIP) RFID account and add credit and debit card details on the ENOCPay app since it accepts all standard credit cards.

The marked advantage is that customers can now refuel their vehicles while having zero physical contact with machines or fuel attendants while seated in the comfort and isolation of their car. By not handling a physical card or using cash customers are that much safer. They can download the App the App Store or Google Play to make their payments. The facility is also available at ZOOM stores.

Commenting on this convenient option, Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC Group, said: "We encourage all our customers to use ENOCPay to minimise unnecessary contact with others keeping in mind the safety of the nation. We place the highest importance on health and safety measures across our operations and we will continue to take all the necessary precautions in this time of crisis."

Customers are also urged to maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters at all times and make frequent use of sanitisers available across all ZOOM stores.

In addition, Autopro has recently suspended vacuum bay services as a precautionary measure. Customers can obtain an external car wash or use the Autowash service. In line with nation-wide disinfection drive to curb the COVID-19 outbreak, ENOC Group regularly disinfects its Headquarters and staff accommodation as per the highest safety standards.
