Luxury property developer Seven Tides said it is offering a special Ramadan promotional rate for new tenants at The Residences within the Ibn Battuta Gate development in Dubai.

Valid throughout the month, potential tenants can secure a 12-month tenancy agreement at a reduced rate in either a furnished or unfurnished one or two-bedroom apartment at the iconic Residences located near Ibn Battuta Mall.

The Residences at Ibn Battuta Gate is located just a few minutes’ drive from several of Dubai’s key business centres such as Jumeirah Lake Towers, Jebel Ali Freezone and the Expo 2020 site – as well as being just 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport and a 40-minute drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 1,027 sq ft to 1,274 sq ft, can be rented from Dh100,000 unfurnished or Dh110,000 furnished; while two-bedroom apartments at 1,323 sq ft in size, are available from Dh110,000 unfurnished and Dh120,000 furnished.

All rental agreements at The Residences at Ibn Battuta Gate are fully inclusive of utilities such as Dewa and cooling charges plus internet and cable TV.

In addition, tenants will have access to a state-of-the-art gym, rooftop swimming pool and underground parking facilities as well as being able to enjoy discounts of up to 20 per cent on F&B and spa treatments at the M?venpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai, said the developer.

Office tenants taking advantage of the special Ramadan promotion will be exempt from paying any agency fees when renting directly from Seven Tides through Asteco, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
